Founder Background

Stonetree Properties is led by Matthew Faucetta, a seasoned real estate and construction professional with over $70 million in project oversight and 15 years of experience managing complex properties and renovations.

Before founding Stonetree, Matthew directed construction and facilities operations for a 250,000 SF corporate real estate portfolio, leading everything from full-scale buildouts to preventative maintenance programs across 18 sites. He’s negotiated leases, held contractors accountable, streamlined vendor performance, and delivered projects on time and on budget — the kind of execution landlords can count on.

Based in Sleepy Hollow, Matthew launched Stonetree to bring that same level of discipline, care, and professionalism to the buildings in his own backyard. His promise: Every property is managed with the same precision and pride as if it were his own.
